Setting on sale of the Combined Carrier (PTRC)
to set in bundle of logs and stakes, allowing the deposit of the bundle without having to go down from the seat of the tractor. This tool is entirely mechanical, it uses neither jack nor hydraulic flexible devices. It will not require any maintenance.

A) Framework and combined lever : From now on we deliver Forestballer without or with framework. Forestballer can be used with framework on wet and soft ground and without framework on resistant ground, In this last case the deposit of the bundle on ground is still done with facility, with, if necessary, the lever for tightening of the bonds combined (LVC) modified so that it can help to deposit. Thus Forestballer, continues to be able to be used without tractor, to be rolled from one place to another and not carried. The framework rail can be delivered later on.
Nevertheless you can use Forestballer with "Forestballer Porteur" on a tractor, as said on leaflet.

B) Bundle's volume : Forestballer is drawn in such way that real volume contained exceeds the posted nominal volume of 6%. What represents several logs with a diameter 10 cm for one stere. It is consequently useless to fill it to 100 % and useless to stuff the apparatus of a last log.

C) Reduced prices with apparatuses in lightened tubes. Our tariffs reveal also the prices without framework rail guide and with framework of bearing.

Forestballer new range
The Forestballer ® range of is recomposed before june FOREXPO exhibition in Bordeaux. Some new models are made, calculated and designed for every size and weight of bundles, with also a new articulation.  So their selling prices decrease.
With the end of the" Classic "models (not articulated) supplanted by the new models.
There are two new Forestballer small models, competing with setting logs in bag, for capacities of 11 and 22 logs, and the same sizes in "Half-Forestballer"type.
There is a new Forestballer made of ALUMINIUM, for 1 stere capacity, It does not weigh more than 33 kg instead of 68 kg for the same iron size. It is so handy that its additional cost is quickly forgotten.

Forestballer and the "PRO SILVA" letter
The" PRO SILVA " (France) letter (Pro Silva well known foresters association) notice Forestballer to members. We understood that the possibility to put logs in bundle without tractor interested deeply Mister Brice de Turckheim. This because grounds are not pressed down by the heavy passage of machines during fragility periods. What is favorable to the life and to the regrowth of roots preserved from decay in baggy stagnant water.

The jury of "Les Fibres d'Or" that was held on March 29th and 30th, 2001 at l'Ecole Supérieure du Bois in Nantes, France, has awarded Forestballer with the 1st price in the category LOGISTIC.

After its participation at several fairs in France and Belgium, Forestballer will exhibit its model range at "4èmes Forestières en Limousin" near Limoges from May 18th till May 20th, 2001.

New : the Foresballer range is expanding
Beside the Forestballer "Mini", the "MiniFix" is born. The "MiniFix" is specially designed for logs from 25 cm to 50 cm and allows bundles to be hand carried.
The Forestballer range is now made of 13 models.

Innovation Award for FORESTBALLER
The jury of the "Concours de l'Innovation" at the Wood Energy Show 2000 has awarded Forestballer for the innovation and the quality of its products. This award confirms that the Foresballer products are recognized by the forestry professionals.

Innovations: New Forestballer range.
The Forestballer range improved. Distributed between the 4 types Minicomputer, Classic, Articulated and Titan, there are now 12 models of Forestballer for setting in steres. With volumes going from 0,10 to 1 stere with logs of 25 cm, 33 cm, 50 cm or 1 m length and even volumes of 2 or 2,40 steres with big length logs.

Launch of the "Forestballer-Out 22" grip
A new grip of unloading makes it possible to take either two bundles of 1 stere side by side, or a bundle which can reach a length of 2,50 m. With a grip for 1 stere in front and for 2 steres at the back, it is possible to unload 3 steres per way, which increases the daily come out volumes considerably.

Improvement of the tightening of the bundles
The tightening of the bundles is improved by employment of a lever of tightening as simple as effective. Lever usually provided by one of the distributors of links of hooping with its first delivery. The bundles remain round. The later pick ups are eased.
